Getting help

Start with your workspace administrator for account access, team invitations, Field app project assignment, and client data questions. Sign in to the workspace at app.royeraastudio.com.

Plans and billing

Quarterly plans and Razorpay receipts are in Workspace Settings. Starter is ₹4,999 per quarter (5 seats, 20 projects), Professional is ₹9,999 (15 seats, 50 projects), and Business is ₹19,999 (50 seats, 100 projects). After payment, the plan stays active for three months.

Common checks

For email delivery, confirm the client email and review delivery history in Operations. For a failed checkout, retry Pay with Razorpay from Workspace Settings and check the Billing history receipt. For the Field app, open app.royeraastudio.com/field, sign in, and ask an administrator to assign site projects if none appear.
