Who we are

Royeraa Interior OS is operated by Royeraa Studio, Chennai. The public site is royeraastudio.com. The secure workspace is app.royeraastudio.com.

What we collect

We store account details, workspace information, client contact details, project records, files, billing records, and communication history that authorised workspace users enter. Payment card data is collected and processed by Razorpay, not stored on Royeraa servers.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the interior-project workspace, manage team access, process quarterly subscription payments, issue receipts, send requested client communications, and keep the service secure.

Billing data

Paid plans are billed quarterly through Razorpay. Workspace Settings shows plan name, seat and project limits, renewal date, and payment receipts. Razorpay may process payer name, contact details, and payment status as required to complete the charge.

Access and retention

Workspace administrators control who can see and change workspace data. You can download a workspace backup from Operations. Keep exported files secure because they may contain client information.
